What You’ll Do

• Lead safe, effective, high‑energy group fitness classes
• Deliver an exceptional member experience through coaching, cueing, and motivating
• Build community inside the club through engagement and support
• Provide guidance on form, modifications, and progressions
• Assist with floor support and member questions when needed
• Represent the Workout Anytime brand through professionalism, positivity, and reliability

What We’re Looking For

• Previous group fitness coaching experience (required)
• Strong communication skills & confident class leadership
• Ability to coach members of all fitness levels
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented mindset
• Passion for fitness, people, and creating a great workout atmosphere
