A growing fitness company in Clanton, Alabama, is seeking a fitness coach to lead high-energy group classes and enhance the member experience. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in group fitness, strong communication skills, and a passion for fitness. Competenze

• Experience leading group fitness classes is required.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead safe, effective, high-energy group fitness classes
• Deliver an exceptional member experience through coaching, cueing, and motivating
• Build community inside the club through engagement and support
• Provide guidance on form, modifications, and progressions
• Assist with floor support and member questions when needed
• Represent the Workout Anytime brand through professionalism, positivity, and reliability

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous group fitness coaching experience (required)
• Strong communication skills & confident class leadership
• Ability to coach members of all fitness levels
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
• Passion for fitness, people, and creating a great workout atmosphere
