Summit Healthcare Mgmt is seeking a Group Chief Financial Officer to drive EBITDA growth, cash flow, and value creation across healthcare divisions. You will oversee enterprise financial leadership, sponsor reporting, and strategic planning, while coordinating with operating leadership and private equity sponsors.

The role requires deep financial acumen, strong governance, and a track record in healthcare finance, with remote work accepting regular visits to the Franklin, TN headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; financial concentration required.
• 9+ years of progressive CFO experience in healthcare settings; strong financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior value‑creation leader to drive EBITDA growth, cash flow, and ROIC across divisions.
• Provide enterprise‑level financial leadership and standardize processes across the platform.
• Lead monthly close, forecasts, and management reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee revenue cycle operations to maximize cash collections and reduce uncompensated care.
• Partner with internal audit, corporate finance, and external auditors to strengthen governance.
• Mentor and develop Division and Facility CFOs; recruit and retain finance talent.
