Position: Group Benefits Regional Sales Manager

Location: Stamford, CT (remote)

Amwins Connect is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Connecticut.

Amwins Connect is one of the largest group brokerage general agencies in the US, with national distribution and over 100+ years of experience under the Amwins brand. We offer a comprehensive collection of group benefits products, including large and small group medical, dental, vision, and more.

Position Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will develop, maintain, and grow retail broker relationships, providing tailored employee benefit solutions and managing our portfolio of products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Build productive relationships with brokers through education, advising, and growing revenue with a consultative approach.
  • Develop insurance solutions to meet clients’ needs.
  • Utilize various communication methods to cultivate relationships, including in-person visits, presentations, and online communications.
  • Leverage company tools and technology to enhance broker relationships and drive sales activities.
  • Create territory/account plans, identify new opportunities, and work with sales leaders to increase prospect funnels.
  • Understand technology solutions in the employee benefit marketplace and track market trends to develop effective counter strategies.
  • Work in a team environment to meet annual sales goals and company objectives.
  • Represent Amwins Connect at meetings, events, and training to maintain a competitive advantage.
