Job description

As a Group Benefits Client Relationship Executive you’ll provide comprehensive, individualized, and responsive service to assigned key accounts, contributing to the retention of group premium income. You’ll manage the overall customer and broker relationship to maximize customer satisfaction and contribute to retention goals impacting Group Division profitability.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: $82,500 - $110,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Manage accounts, including external Broker and client-customer relationships, to ensure the scope and quality of services are met, proactively contributing to key client retention goals.
  • Consult with internal partners and external clients/brokers regarding their plan needs by providing direction and suggestions on product development, service upgrades, and enhancement activities based on industry demands.
  • Provide quality service by investigating and resolving customer issues, creating customer-specific improvement action plans, and eliminating operating complications that occur in or between third parties or internal departments.
  • Participate in the development of marketing and communication materials, programs, and presentations, which improve the marketability of the Group products and services.
  • Lead presentations, ongoing client review meetings, online web capabilities demos, and broker meetings as needed, in conjunction with Group Office.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 5+ years of group benefits/ancillary experience
  • Extensive and successful account management & client service experience in the Group Insurance marketplace, and proficiency in comprehending contracts, plan documents, and enrollment documents.
  • You provide quality and thorough customer service by investigating key account service complaints and coordinating responses to customer questions and concerns.
  • Experience creating individualized action plans and recommendations to improve process flow and customer satisfaction.
  • Experienced in researching and resolving complex issues, conceptually thinking beyond existing barriers, methods, and practices and utilizing sound and independent judgment.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% and a valid driver's license.

  • Ability to work at our office located in Omaha, NE or Kansas City, MO, in a hybrid environment.
