As a Group Benefits Client Relationship Executive,
you'll provide comprehensive, individualized, and responsive service to assigned key accounts, contributing to the retention of group premium income. You'll manage the overall customer and broker relationship to maximize customer satisfaction and support retention goals, impacting Group Division profitability.

- Estimated Salary: $84,500 - $110,000, plus annual bonus opportunity

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Manage accounts, including external Broker and client-customer relationships, to ensure service scope and quality are met, proactively contributing to client retention goals.
- Consult with internal partners and external clients/brokers regarding plan needs, providing guidance on product development, service upgrades, and industry-aligned enhancements.
- Provide quality service by investigating and resolving customer issues, creating improvement plans, and eliminating operating obstacles between third parties or internal departments.
- Participate in developing marketing and communication materials, programs, and presentations to enhance the marketability of Group products and services.
- Lead presentations, client review meetings, web demos, and broker meetings as needed, in conjunction with Group Office.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 5+ years of experience in group benefits/ancillary services
- Successful account management & client service experience in the Group Insurance marketplace, with proficiency in contracts, plan documents, and enrollment documents
- Strong customer service skills, including investigating and addressing key account complaints and responses
- Experience in creating action plans and recommendations to improve processes and satisfaction
- Ability to research and resolve complex issues, think conceptually beyond barriers, and exercise sound judgment
- Willingness to travel up to 50% and possess a valid driver's license
- Commitment to fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion, valuing different ideas and opinions, and listening actively
- Ability to work at our Dallas, TX office in a hybrid environment
PREFERRED:
- Valid state license to sell health and life insurance
