Job summary

Leisure Care in Petaluma, CA is seeking a Part-time PrimeFit Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging classes for older adults in our senior living communities. You will develop plans for group fitness, tailor sessions to resident input, and promote PrimeFit Group and 1:1 training.

The ideal candidate has prior experience leading group exercise, holds an ACE Group Fitness Certification, and enjoys creating a positive, safe atmosphere that supports healthy growth for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience leading group exercise classes.
• ACE Group Fitness Certification required.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.

We are now seeking a PrimeFit Group Fitness Instructor to join our team!

The PrimeFit Group Fitness Instructor is responsible for group fitness program development, planning, and instruction of group fitness classes and activities.

What you'll do:

• Develop plans for group fitness and gym circuit classes
• Gather resident input to tailor fitness classes to the community
• Promote PrimeFit Group and 1:1 training with residents
• Create a positive, fun, and safe atmosphere that supports healthy growth for older adults
• Lead walking group twice weekly

What you'll bring:

• Experience leading group exercise classes
• Group Fitness Certification (ACE)
• Previous experience working with older adults preferred
