  • Turn ambiguous business needs into clear requirements, key business questions, phased plans, and recommendations that balance value, feasibility, governance, risk, and resources.
  • Set solution direction for analytics, customer experience, aftersales, and artificial intelligence capabilities, including applications, data products, dashboards, reports, and related business solutions.
  • Lead discovery and design.
  • Identify priority use cases, source systems, data needs, operating constraints, governance needs, and minimum viable scope.
  • Partner with business, analytics, engineering, data science, business intelligence, user experience, governance, and platform teams to align goals and coordinate delivery.

  • Track business metrics, adoption, delivery health, operational readiness, risks, ownership, and impact.
  • Communicate progress to stakeholders and leaders.
