We seek a capable professional to lead day-to-day engagements, manage client communications, and contribute to client service standards while leveraging a strong knowledge of accounting and tax practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA preferred or pursuing certification.
• Public accounting experience is a plus.
• Strong technical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply general accounting procedures for entrepreneurial clients.
• Plan and execute day-to-day small business engagements.
• Review client documentation for financial statements and tax returns.
• Maintain client records and files on automated systems.
• Perform attest procedures including reviews and compilations.
• Assist with income tax planning for small businesses and individuals.
• Prepare tax returns for corporations, partnerships and individuals.
• Communicate accounting and tax matters to the engagement team.
• Prepare payroll tax reports and filings.
