Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Working toward CPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply general accounting procedures for Entrepreneurial Services Group engagements.
• Plan and execute day-to-day activities of small business engagements.
• Review client documentation and format for financial statements and tax returns.
• Maintain client records and files (e.g., general ledger) on automated systems.
• Perform attest procedures including reviews and compilations of financial statements.
• Assist with income tax planning for various clients.
• Assist in preparation of income tax returns for corporations, partnerships and individuals.
• Identify and communicate accounting and tax matters to engagement team members.
• Prepare payroll tax reports and filings; 1099 and W-2 forms.
