RSI EnTech, LLC is seeking a groundwater remediation manager to lead a team in managing groundwater investigation and remediation projects for the Department of Energy in Oak Ridge, TN. The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Geoscience or a related field, along with over 5 years of experience in groundwater remediation. Strong project management, well drilling techniques, and groundwater modeling skills are essential. Candidates will engage with multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with DOE clients and stakeholders. This position emphasizes technical expertise and leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in groundwater investigation and/or remediation.
• Strong technical writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads a small team managing environmental cleanup projects for the DOE.
• Utilizes project management principles to manage project schedules and costs.
• Prepares and peer reviews groundwater remedial investigation/design/action work plans.
• Works with technical team and subcontractors to design and evaluate groundwater remedies.
• Facilitates the DQO process for groundwater projects.
• Works closely with field sampling and well drilling teams.
• Evaluates data to provide interpretations of subsurface conditions.
• Mentors junior hydrogeologists and environmental scientists.
• Presents to and collaborates with DOE clients and regulatory agencies.
