Job Summary
RSI is excited to welcome an Environmental ProjectManager to our Environmental Services Team. In this role, you’ll lead a diverse portfolio of groundwater investigation and remediation projects supporting the Department of Energy (DOE) at the Oak Ridge Reservation.
We’re looking for someone who brings fresh ideas and a solutions-focused mindset to navigating the CERCLA groundwater remedy process—from Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study (RI/FS) through Record of Decision (ROD) and into post-ROD implementation. You’ll play a key role in guiding projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met while delivering high-quality outcomes.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in geosciences, hands-on experience with project management and well drilling techniques, and familiarity with groundwater modeling and geophysical evaluations.
Success in this role requires both technical expertise and strong leadership skills. You’ll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, regulators, and stakeholders—so clear communication and teamwork are essential.
