• Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring work is progressing according to schedule.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction workers to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Resolve any issues that arise on-site promptly to avoid project delays.
• Verify the quality of materials and workmanship throughout the construction process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, specifically in large commercial construction projects.
