Qualifications

• High school graduate with 5+ years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists with securing and rigging of materials to be moved by cranes, hoists, or other lifting equipment.
• Maintains landscape features including beds, shrubs and turf using appropriate equipment and tools.
• Assists Campus Arborist and Tree Worker in tree maintenance operations as needed.
• Maintains and repairs campus roads, driveways, parking lots, sidewalks, pathways, and exterior stairs using hand tools and powered equipment.
• Performs snow and ice removal operations using all equipment and tools available.
