Job summary

Riggs Tree Service, LLC. is seeking skilled operators to support field vegetation management operations, keeping crews safe and productive on active job sites. You’ll work with chainsaws and chippers, help with tree work, and ensure traffic control zones and safe work areas are maintained in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with chainsaws and/or chippers preferred.
• Utility, tree, construction, or other heavy outdoor work experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of job site safety and PPE requirements.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work daily.

Responsibilities

• Operate chainsaws and chippers in active job site conditions.
• Assist with tree felling, limbing, brush handling, and debris processing.
• Set up and maintain traffic control zones and safe work areas.
• Establish and maintain drop zones for cutting operations.
• Support crew productivity and job site flow.
