Job summary

Southern Management Co. is seeking a Grounds Person to maintain the grounds and ensure the property remains clean, safe, and well-kept. In this full-time role, you will manage trash removal, inspect common areas, and assist with turnovers as needed.

You will work 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid holidays and time off, and education opportunities. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all community common areas in accordance with internal quality control standards
• Ensure sidewalks, parking areas, and building interiors are free of trash and debris
• Perform daily audits of community grounds and report findings to management
• Assist with apartment turnover process, as needed
• Test smoke detectors in all vacant apartments
• Maintain positive relationships with all team members and customers
• Contribute to community/company engagement efforts
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor

We're seeking a Grounds Person with a can-do-attitude to join our team! In this fulltime role, you will ensure that the physical asset is maintained and in excellent operational condition. 7:30AM TO 4:30PM.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We're seeking a Grounds Person with whatever-it-takes approach to join our team! In this full-time role, you will ensure that the physical asset is maintained in good condition and that everything is clean and sanitary. In addition, the Grounds Person is responsible for keeping an inventory of all cleaning supplies and submitting requests when supplies get low.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
