The Groundsperson reports to the Facilities Manager and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property, including:

• Conducting pruning and landscape maintenance
• Trimming, edging, and mulching as directed
• Raking leaves and collecting debris from grounds and common areas
• Cleaning grounds and breezeways, including trash collection
• Assisting with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor
• Assisting with light maintenance as directed by supervisor

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service skills, and the ability to follow instructions efficiently.
