Job summary

The Tree Marshall is seeking a Groundsman to support our local tree service team in the Little Rock area. The role involves assisting climbers with tree care, trimming and removal, handling debris, and operating equipment such as chainsaws. A strong, can-do attitude and willingness to work outdoors are essential.

Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Requirements include a valid driver’s license and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various

Responsibilities

• Assist tree climbers with tasks related to tree care, trimming and removal.
• Drag brush and haul branches to designated area for disposal.
• Operate equipment such as chainsaws and other saws; skid steers and stump grinder as needed.
• Maintain saws and tools; clean worksite and remove debris.
• Perform tasks assigned by Crew Chief; lift, climb and work outdoors.

Local tree service with over 25 years in the industryis looking for a Grounsman. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person. A great,can do attitude means a lot to us. Job duties include...

Assisting tree climbers with various tasks related to tree care, tree trimming and tree removal. This includes but not limited to...dragging brush, hauling branches & limbs to a designated area to be taken to be hauled off. Operating equipment like chainsaws &various other types of saws, skid steers, stump grinder,etc. Maintaining saws& tools. Site cleanup. Debris removal. And other tasks assigned by Crew Chief.Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Experience driving a truck with trailer (non-CDL) or bucket truck (non-CDL) is a plus. Working from a bucket is a plus. MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.
