Job summary

Amrize Groundsman II in the United States seeks a hardworking team member to perform ground operations, cleaning, painting, greasing equipment, and routine maintenance around the plant. You will help keep conveyors running and support daily safety practices.

Candidates should have a GED or high school diploma, be capable of strenuous physical work in varied weather, and be willing to work shifts, overtime, and weekends. Training others and following PPE and safety rules are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma preferred.
• Experience in varying weather elements preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor servicing and maintenance on plant equipment as needed.
• Inspect conveyors and processing plant; replace screens and guards.
• Clean and lubricate equipment.
• Shovel aggregate and wash out.
• Operate heavy equipment safely (bobcat, skid steer, etc.).
• Assist in training less-experienced employees on operations and repair of equipment.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies.
