Job Title: Groundskeeper / Maintenance Technician

Location: Brandon, FL

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Groundskeeper / Maintenance Technician to join our team at a condominium community. This permanent position involves performing turnover maintenance on vacant apartments, completing general maintenance work orders for residents, and assisting with the upkeep of the property grounds. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of related experience, demonstrating broad knowledge of general maintenance tasks and exceptional attention to detail. A valid driver’s license is required for operating a golf cart on the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform turnover maintenance on vacant apartments to ensure readiness for new residents.
• Complete general maintenance work orders for residents, addressing any repair needs promptly.
• Assist with maintaining the grounds of the condominium community, including landscaping and upkeep.
• Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders.
• Operate a golf cart for property maintenance; a valid driver’s license is required.
