Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Groundskeeper for Swiftwater Luxury Apartments in Melbourne, FL. This full-time role focuses on keeping the grounds clean, safe, and presentable for residents and guests.

The Groundskeeper will regularly collect litter, clean hallways, perform snow removal when necessary, and assist with trash-outs of vacated units. The position emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to perform minor maintenance tasks.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions, simple correspondence and present information one-on-one or in small groups.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide by 10s & 100s.
• Ability to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions with common sense understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Pick up trash on grounds.
• Clean out hallways and common areas.
• Snow removal as needed.
• Trash-outs of vacated units including removal of debris, furniture, and appliances; painting and minor repairs.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Groundskeeper makes sure the grounds are free of trash. Clean and sweep up trash and handle or assist with trash-outs of units.
