Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented maintenance associate to keep our community looking its best. You’ll perform custodial tasks, light maintenance, and grounds care, while building rapport with residents and maintaining a ready schedule.

What we’re looking for:

General interest in custodial and or maintenance work and an ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude. Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment used in grounds keeping, such as blowers and power washers. Ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or on-call.

Benefits and Pay Range:

Benefits and Pay Range: The pay range for this position is $15.00 - 17.25 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential! Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
