Position: Groundskeeper

Dallas, Texas

Gaines Investment Trust is hiring Groundskeepers to support our apartment communities in Dallas, Texas. This role plays a key part in maintaining the property's cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall appearance.

Positions are assigned to a specific community, with opportunities for growth within the region.

Compensation

• $17 – $19 per hour based on experience
• Monthly performance bonuses

What You Will Do

• Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community
• Pick up trash and ensure all common areas are clean and presentable
• Perform general groundskeeping duties, including pressure washing
• Assist with maintaining curb appeal and property standards
• Report maintenance concerns and safety issues promptly
• Provide a high level of customer service to residents and guests

What You Will Bring

• Valid driver’s license required
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
