Job summary

Arcan Capital is seeking a Groundskeeper/Punch Technician to maintain the exterior and common areas of our community. You will support the Maintenance Supervisor and Technicians by keeping grounds clean, walkways clear, and spaces presentable while assisting with apartment turnovers and light repairs.

The role requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, dependable with strong time management.
• 1–3 years of groundskeeping or maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Paint, landscaping, and basic apartment maintenance knowledge preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of grounds, breezeways, and amenities.
• Collect and dispose of daily trash and debris; empty waste containers.
• Assist with turning vacant apartments, including light cleaning and item removal.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as painting, light fixture replacement, and minor repairs.
• Operate blowers, pressure washers, and landscaping tools.
• Report safety concerns or repair needs to the supervisor or manager.

Job Summary

• Experience in the apartment or property management industry is preferred.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required depending on property needs.
