Job summary

Arcan Capital is seeking a Groundskeeper/Punch Technician to maintain the exterior and common areas of our apartment communities. You will support the Maintenance Supervisor and Technicians, keeping walkways clear and the grounds debris-free to create a welcoming first impression.

This role requires reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work outdoors with a positive, team‑oriented mindset. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of groundskeeping or maintenance experience are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of groundskeeping or maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of painting, landscaping and apartment maintenance.
• Experience in the apartment or property management industry is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license may be required depending on property needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of grounds, breezeways, and amenities.
• Collect and dispose of daily trash and debris; clean and empty waste containers.
• Assist with turning vacant apartments, including light cleaning.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as painting, light fixture replacement, and minor repairs.
• Operate blowers, pressure washers, and landscaping tools to maintain outdoor areas.
• Report safety concerns or repair needs to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.

Education & Experience

• Experience in the apartment or property management industry is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required depending on property needs.
