Job summary

EMBREY is hiring a Groundskeeper at The Finch in Denver, CO. You will help sustain the property's cleanliness and quality by cleaning assigned areas and delivering exceptional service to residents.

The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is a full-time, hourly position with competitive pay and benefits. Responsibilities include inspecting the property and equipment, keeping grounds safe and attractive, removing debris, and maintaining pool areas on a schedule.

Qualifications

• One year experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position.
• Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
• Clean and remove all trash, obstacles and debris from the community.
• Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule.
