Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper at Preserve at Flagler Beach to maintain grounds, amenities and curb appeal to attract residents. The role includes daily grounds maintenance, trash removal, pressure washing, and basic service tasks, with a focus on safety and resident interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Inspects grounds daily and removes trash, debris, and pet waste to meet company standards.
• Runs the trash compactor.
• Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments.
• Pressure wash breezeways and common areas.
• In inclement weather, keep sidewalks and building access hazard-free.
• Complete assigned minor and routine service tickets.
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors professionally.
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager.
