Job Description Summary

Ensures the physical aspects of the community are maintained and standards are met regarding the grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal, supporting the service team members.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, ensuring all common areas and amenities are neat and litter-free.
2. Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments before the make-ready process, transfer trash to the dumpster or storage area, and maintain storage areas.
3. Complete routine service requests as assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager, and assist with the turn process.
4. Change locks according to property policy and ensure gates to pool areas comply with safety standards.
5. Distribute notices and communicate with residents as needed.
6. Report hazards or potentially dangerous situations to supervisors.
7. Provide excellent customer service by treating residents and others with respect, answering questions, and responding to maintenance complaints sensitively.
8. Follow safety policies by attending safety meetings, completing required OSHA and safety training, and reporting accidents promptly.

Required Licenses or Certifications:

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.

The hourly wage range is $17 - $19, with additional compensation factors based on experience, location, and performance.

Additional Compensation:

• Potential participation in bonus programs, either quarterly or annually, based on individual and company performance.
