Job description

This position involves maintaining the physical aspects of the community, including grounds, amenities, and curb appeal, and supporting service team members.

Essential Responsibilities:
  1. Inspect the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, ensuring all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter.
  2. Remove trash and items from vacant apartments, transfer trash to designated areas, and maintain storage areas.
  3. Complete minor and routine service requests, assist with the make-ready process.
  4. Change locks per property policy and ensure pool area gates meet safety standards.
  5. Distribute notices and communicate with residents as needed.
  6. Report hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors.
  7. Provide excellent customer service by respecting residents, answering questions, and addressing complaints.
  8. Participate in safety meetings, complete safety training, and report incidents promptly.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
Physical Demands:
  • Stand, walk, sit, bend, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Push, pull, lift, carry up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The hourly rate is $15.00 - $17.00, with additional bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
