Rate: Starting at $17.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

***Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are seeking a groundskeeper for our 337-unit apartment community in Deep Ellum - one of Dallas's most diverse and eclectic walkable historic neighborhoods!Our Groundskeeper is responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas. Requirements

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction

Responsibilities

• Walking the property grounds and common areas
• Picking up trash and debris
• Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies
• Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/orAssistant Community Manager.

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Sat 8:00 am - 12:00 pm ; weekends may be necessary based on property needs.
