Princeton Management in Ypsilanti, MI is seeking a Groundskeeper/Housekeeper to maintain indoor and outdoor areas of our apartment community. You will perform cleaning, landscaping, and routine maintenance to ensure common spaces and grounds remain clean, attractive, and welcoming for residents.

Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, trimming hedges, watering plants, and addressing maintenance needs outdoors.

Qualifications

• Proven housekeeping, janitorial, or landscaping experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Excellent communication with residents and team members.
• Physical ability to perform tasks outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular cleaning duties in common areas and hallways.
• Maintain landscaping and plant care, ensuring a pleasant appearance.
• Clean entryways, lobbies, elevators, and other shared spaces.
• Keep outdoor spaces free from debris and safety hazards.
• Perform inspections and address maintenance needs outdoors.
• Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, and trees as needed.

• Restock supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to complete tasks.
• Notify management of any issues in common areas.
