Wasatch Property Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to enhance and beautify our community while building rapport with residents. You will respond to service needs, assist with make-ready scheduling, and perform preventative maintenance to ensure a pristine environment.

The role emphasizes an eye for detail, strong communication, and a resident-first mindset within a collaborative team. Weekend/on-call flexibility is expected where needed.

What we’re looking for:

• General interest in custodial and or maintenance work and an ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude.

• Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment used in grounds keeping, such as blowers and power washers.

• Ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or on-call.

Benefits and Pay Range :

The pay range for this position is $15.00 -17.25 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential!

Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
