Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an experienced groundskeeper/landscaper to maintain exterior property and perform light maintenance during downtime. Responsibilities include mowing, weed whacking, edging, trimming trees and bushes, blowing debris, and keeping flower and mulch beds tidy.

Additionally, the role involves snow removal duties such as shoveling and salting on call, and assisting with work orders around the property and in apartments when landscape downtime allows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior property appearance by mowing, weed whacking, edging, trimming bushes, and blowing off paved surfaces after each mow/weed whack.
• Trim trees/low hanging branches and maintain flower/mulch beds.
• Snow removal including shoveling and salting on call and assist with work orders around the property and apartments during downtime.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced groundskeeper/landscaper who also has the ability to do minor maintenance during the downtime.

Duties to include Maintaining property overall appearance by mowing, weed whacking, edging, spraying weeds, pulling weeds, trimming/shaping bushes, blowing off paved surfaces after each mow/weed whack, trimming trees/low hanging branches, maintaining flower/mulch beds.

Snow removal including shoveling and salting as needed and on call, and assisting with work orders around the property and in apartments as needed (on down time from landscape and snow)
