Job summary

ResProp Management in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas across our apartment communities. You will perform landscaping, routine maintenance, and assist the maintenance team while responding to resident requests with quality service and a strong safety mindset.

Successful candidates have at least 1 year of groundskeeping experience, own hand tools, and live within 30 minutes of the community; weekend and holiday

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas including pools, laundry, clubhouses, and parking lots.
• Respond to and complete resident assignments timely with quality service.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to prioritize daily tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors.
• Identify safety issues on the property and report or correct them as needed.
• Use software to track work and performance.

What you'll be doing:

• Driving property performance by performing any and all work that produces clean, safe, and attractive common areas, including: pools, laundry, clubhouses, parking lots, etc.
• Driving resident satisfaction by responding to and completing assignments timely in a quality manner.
• Coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor and team to prioritize tasks throughout the day.
• Providing excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors.
• Ensuring a safe work environment by identifying any issues regarding safety, hazardous conditions or maintenance needs on the property and correcting them and/or reporting them to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Using software applications to track work and personal performance.
• Be a part of a team handling a variety of tasks in an always developing environment.

What you must have:
