Job description

Groundskeeper at Marsden South

Shift: Monday to Thursday and some weekends as needed. Hours: 7:30 am to 6:00 pm.

Full-time, 40 hours weekly.

Hourly Rate: $14

Location: Ingleside, Texas

Requirements:

• You must be 18 years old
• You must have work authorization
• You must pass multiple safety tests
• You must have a driver’s license
• Having a TWIC card is a plus
• Two years of experience are required
• A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required

Job Duties:

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

• Keeping landscaping clean by inspecting the property and picking up any trash littering the grounds
• Mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, raking, planting, watering, and weeding
• Maintaining the outside of the building clean
• Driving a golf cart to get around the building
• Working outside during hot and cold weather
• Helping indoors: routing check trash, emptying trash, cleaning where needed, etc.
• Using industrial lawn vacuum and other landscaping equipment
• Covering janitorial positions if needed
