You will perform lawn care, irrigation maintenance, and debris removal while upholding safety standards. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of grounds maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience with landscaping equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and care for grounds (mowing, trimming, edging).
• Seasonal tasks: planting, fertilizing, pruning.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety by removing debris and litter.
• Monitor irrigation systems to ensure proper watering.
• Inspect and report maintenance issues to property management.
