Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the look and appeal of the community. You will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to complete tasks that keep the grounds, amenities, exteriors, and common areas in top condition, and assist in preparing vacant apartments for move-ins and handling resident service requests.

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of community areas including grounds, amenities, exteriors, leasing office, parking lots and common areas.
• Assist in preparing vacant apartments for move-in and respond to resident service requests as directed.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure appearance and operational standards are met.

Job Requirements

• Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor in completing tasks that ensure the community meets appearance and operational standards.
• Responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community including grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other common areas of the community.
• Assist in the preparation of vacant apartments for move-in by new residents, and in completing resident requests for service as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
