Job summary

Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood, SC is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper to maintain campus turf and landscaping. Work Monday through Friday on-site with responsibility for general grounds maintenance and equipment operation.

Primary duties include operating turf maintenance equipment, applying fertilizers and dry chemicals, and following directions from the Grounds Superintendent. A high school diploma and a valid SC driver''s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Valid SC driver''s license is required.
• Experience as a groundskeeper or similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of turf maintenance tools, methods and materials is required.

Responsibilities

• Operates turf maintenance equipment and mowing units.
• Applies fertilizer and other dry chemicals to turf.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Grounds Superintendent.

Operates the larger turf maintenance equipment, self-contained mowing units, front end loader and all tractors. Applies fertilizer and other dry chemicals to turf. Performs all other duties as assigned by the Grounds Superintendent.

High School Diploma, Valid SC driver's license, experience as a groundkeeper, knowledge of the tools, methods, and materials used to maintain high quality and be proficient in these areas, demonstrate aptitude for learning new and difficult skills.
