Peak Living is seeking a qualified Groundskeeper to join our team!

Overview
Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Groundskeeper maintains outdoor areas in a safe, attractive condition. Hours may vary based on community needs and include weekends and emergency after-hours.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property regularly, removing litter, debris, pet droppings.
• Perform trash-out duties at vacated apartments.
• Report diseased or dead landscape plants.
• Observe chemical and fertilizing signage.
• Manage trash outside dumpsters, keep areas clean, and close dumpster doors on windy days.
• Keep sidewalks, parking lots, and walkways clear using blowers or sweepers.
• Check and replace exterior lighting regularly.
• Maintain pools and spas as directed.
• Perform routine maintenance, including window, screen, and door repairs.
• Shovel snow, salt, or use ice melt as needed.
• Clean laundry areas if housekeeping is unavailable.
• Follow safety precautions.
• Pressure wash sidewalks, driveways, and stairwells.
• Distribute resident communications.
• Support Peak Living's goals for resident satisfaction and retention.
• Use and maintain tools safely, including wrenches, saws, jacks, ladders, etc.

Qualifications
