SSC Services for Education, part of Compass Group, is hiring a full-time Groundskeeper for Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, FL. The role focuses on maintaining lawns, shrubs, and grounds to create a safe, clean campus environment.

You will perform mowing, trimming, pruning, and general landscaping tasks, supporting a team and delivering quality customer service. Prior groundskeeping experience and a valid driver's license are required; benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Prior groundskeeping experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Inspects common areas and reports deficiencies.
• Inspects exterior of the property and grounds; reports deficiencies.
• Mows lawns weekly during the proper season.
• Cleans landscaping tools and equipment after each use.
• Trims bushes to maintain neat appearance and desired shape.
• Weeds flowerbeds weekly.
• Shovels exterior walkways and salts/sands icy walkways as needed.
• Contributes to the team; supports good customer interactions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
