Responsibilities include daily cleaning tasks, reporting completion to supervisors, and ensuring safety standards are met. Related experience is acceptable; high school diploma or GED is required, with potential for growth

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• One to three months related experience and/or training.

Mansioni

• Maintain daily tasks: cleaning of common areas, vacant apartments, and ground maintenance.
• Notify supervisor when work is completed and ready for inspection to meet Drucker + Falk standards.
• Maintain accurate records of time worked.
• Request supplies through Maintenance Superintendent/Property Manager without overstocking.
• Identify defects or deficiencies for repairs by Maintenance Superintendent/Property Manager.
