Job summary

Weinstein Properties is seeking a reliable Groundskeeper for the Bexley 3Five community. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, handling outdoor spaces and light maintenance tasks.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, paying $19/hour with quarterly bonuses and a $1000 stay-on bonus after 90 days in good standing. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k with company match, paid holidays, and time off.
