American Campus Communities is seeking a Groundskeeper at Casas del Rio in Albuquerque, NM. The role supports property maintenance, including interior and exterior upkeep, common areas, and amenities to preserve curb appeal and safety.

Training is provided to help you grow within ACC’s supportive housing community. You will perform multi-task duties, assist with make-ready work, turnover duties, and basic pool/pressure-washing tasks as needed, while following safety protocols and maintaining

Qualifications

• Ability to drive a golf cart and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with general labor, housekeeping and cleaning tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and MSDS instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean the interior and exterior of the property to standard.
• Maintain property grounds, including trash collection.
• Vacuum, mop and/or shampoo floors in resident rooms and common areas.
• Assist service team with work orders, moving furniture and supplies.
• Support make-ready duties including trash outs, cleaning and painting.
• Assist in property turnover.
• Support pool maintenance and pressure washing as applicable.
• Safely operate facility equipment according to safety protocols.
• Keep shops and storage areas clean and organized.
