Responsibilities

1. Inspect grounds daily, remove trash and debris, water grounds, and perform landscaping.
2. Clean all common areas, maintain the pool and chemical balance.
3. Clean vacated apartments and assist with make-ready processes.
4. Help maintain clean work and common areas community-wide.
5. Distribute resident notices and escort vendors or patrons as needed.
6. Report damage or safety hazards to supervisors or management.
7. Participate in training sessions, meetings, and company events.
8. Maintain a professional appearance and be courteous to residents, owners, vendors, and co-workers.
9. Engage in ongoing training to improve performance.

Requirements

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Experience with cleaning supplies and landscaping equipment.
3. Safety-conscious with sound decision-making skills.
4. Patience, diplomacy, neatness, and respectfulness at all times.
5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
6. Excellent customer service skills and eagerness to learn.
7. Bilingual skills are a plus.
