Overview

Are you passionate about helping people? Are you a self-starter that enjoys problem-solving? Richdale Apartments is hiring dedicated and motivated individuals for Grounds/Pool Technician positions. We offer full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities across numerous Class A luxury communities. Our Porters/Grounds play a key role in our team and are recognized and rewarded for their hard work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property's curb appeal by keeping grounds and buildings clean and well-maintained
• Perform general grounds and pool maintenance
• Landscape tasks such as planting and weeding
• Trash pickup and removal
• Clean and perform basic maintenance and repair of pools and hot tubs
• Additional duties: trimming, watering plants, hanging flyers, sweeping grounds, etc.
• Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm, with optional Saturday/Sunday checks for pool chemicals (~2 hours). Hours can be shortened if overtime is not desired.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of landscaping or groundskeeping experience
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification preferred
• Experience in maintaining commercial grounds preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Strong customer service skills
• Attention to detail to ensure property presentation
• Ability to perform light maintenance
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
