Job summary

IMT Residential is hiring a Service Assistant (Groundskeeper) for IMT Cool Springs, a luxury community in Franklin, TN. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, with an entry-level path to advance to a Maintenance Technician.

You will maintain the property, ensure curb appeal, and provide customer service to residents while learning on-the-job in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with path to grow into a Maintenance Technician.
• Active and valid driver license is required.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with an eye for detail.
• Flexibility to work outside in all types of weather.
• Customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds including cleaning and removing trash on a daily basis.
• Clean common areas such as pool and spa, fitness center, laundry room, offices, clubroom etc.
• Perform minor exterior painting and repairs.
• Assist Service Technicians with preparing apartments for new residents.
• Additional projects and/or duties as assigned by the Service Manager or Community Manager.
