Equity LifeStyle Properties (ELS) in Broomfield, CO is seeking a Groundskeeper/Entry Level Maintenance Technician. The role entails light repairs, grounds upkeep, painting, and janitorial tasks to uphold high-quality maintenance across our communities.

You will work as part of a team, attend daily briefings, and coordinate with management on tasks. A valid license, driving record, and insurance are required; lifting up to 50 lbs and after-hours on-call are possible.

• Report maintenance concerns and complete repairs.
• Move heavy objects; may drive maintenance trucks on property.
