You will operate lawn equipment, ensure safety and accessibility of outdoor areas, and support the facilities team in a professional environment. A valid driver’s license and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lawn care, including mowing, edging, and fertilizing.
• Plant, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, and flowers.
• Remove debris, leaves and other waste from outdoor areas.
• Ensure all outdoor spaces are safe and accessible for employees and visitors.
• Assist with seasonal projects such as holiday decorations and spring cleaning.
• Maintain and operate equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and other groundskeeping tools.
