Job Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to complete tasks that ensure the community meets appearance and operational standards.
2. Maintain the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, including grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas.
3. Assist in preparing vacant apartments for new residents and fulfill resident service requests as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications:

Experience as a Groundskeeper is preferred.
