Groundskeeper Days - WFS

Job Overview

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the cultivation and care of the landscaping and grounds surrounding the building, along with general janitorial and facility maintenance duties as assigned. Additionally, the Groundskeeper will assist the Tool Cage Controller in maintaining an adequate inventory for all production machine parts, building supplies, production line tools, and may assist in picking up emergency supplies as needed.

Highlights of your role

• Clean grounds and remove litter.
• Ensure public passageways are free of snow and ice.
• Maintain lawns and landscapes around the Marvin property.
• Perform preventative maintenance (PM's) and inspections through EAM, including outside fire system control valves, fire system inspections, eye wash stations, and fire extinguishers.
• Keep dock doors and locks clear of ice buildup and trash.
• Maintain parking lot, including painting lines and sign maintenance.
• Use Enterprise Asset Management software (EAM 7i) and ICIM to assist in maintaining inventory for production machine parts, building supplies, and tools; pick up emergency supplies as needed.
• Maintain order and cleanliness of the maintenance parts warehouse and hazardous material room.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of replacement part orders.
• Other duties as assigned.

• One year certificate from college or technical school or 3-6 months related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing software (ICIM), Enterprise Asset Management (7i), and Microsoft Office Suite.
